A-1 Janitorial & Cleaning Services Ltd remains one of the longest standing janitorial and cleaning service businesses in the Grey and Bruce area, and our scope of service is broad.
We have been trusted by many commercial and industrial sites in our community with janitorial work in industrial plants, managerial office maintenance and cleaning, high-rise window cleaning, construction and renovation cleanup.
We maintain a portfolio of regular night accounts with local commercial and industrial businesses. Schedules can be arranged on either a nightly, weekly, monthly or seasonal basis. We assign teams of specific technicians to each account, so there is consistency in the quality of work you come to expect and a high level of trust.
In addition, we provide residents in our community with cleaning services at their homes: wall-to-wall carpet cleaning, area rugs, window cleaning, upholstery and more.
Residential Cleaning Services
Our start 46 years ago was carpet cleaning in residents homes. We still love this work today, and have highly qualified carpet technicians on staff that have the ability to make your carpets look brand new. We have also expanded our residential services to include:
- Carpet cleaning (steam cleaning) and area rug cleaning
- Upholstery cleaning, including spot removal of upholstered sofas, chairs and loveseats
- Floor cleaning
- Wall cleaning
- Window cleaning
- Post renovation/construction clean-up
Please note that area rugs can be dropped off and picked up at our office location. We can also provide delivery for an additional fee, or provide on-site service.
Window cleaning is subject to weather conditions, and may require re-scheduling if the weather is poor. In addition, window cleaning is only provided on a seasonal basis (spring, summer, and early fall).
